With over 13 years of dedicated experience in customer service, Erika is the welcoming, warm voice that greets everyone that calls our office.

As a proud mother, she understands the importance of empathy and attention to detail, qualities that she brings into her role as the firm’s front desk coordinator.

Beyond her professional life, she has a passion for two diverse yet equally fulfilling interests. When not at the front desk, you can find her in the kitchen, creating delectable baked goods that bring joy to friends and family. And, when it’s time to unwind and stay fit, she laces up her gloves for a session of boxing!

These extracurriculars have taught her the values of patience, discipline, and perseverance, which she carries into her role, ensuring that each caller’s visit is both pleasant and productive.
